FAQ
Quick answers about accounts, data, and what PuMi can export—see How-tos for step-by-step workflows.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in to create projects and save canvas, site map, and wireframe data. Without a session, you cannot persist work in PuMi.
Where is my data stored?
Projects, pages, blocks, and related canvas data are stored in a Supabase database tied to your workspace and account. Nothing is stored only in your browser for long-term use—you need a connection so the app can load and save.
What is the difference between the free and Premium plans?
- Free — One project; Markdown,
.cursorrules,CLAUDE.md, and JSON export; core site map and page canvas with wireframes. - Premium — More projects; AI blueprint templates, canvas appearance options, and team-related features where available.
Check current limits anytime on the dashboard and upgrade from Settings → Billing.
What can I export?
Open Export on the canvas toolbar. You can generate Markdown, .cursorrules (Cursor), CLAUDE.md-style context (Claude), or JSON. Exports include pages, blocks, navigation between pages, and wireframe detail when you have drawn it.
Can I use PuMi offline?
No. You need a network connection to load the app and sync saves. If you lose connectivity, wait until you are back online before relying on unsaved changes.
How do undo and redo work?
Undo and Redo apply on a page design tab (blocks and wireframes for that screen), not on the Site map. Use the footer buttons, or ⌘Z / ⌘⇧Z (Mac) or Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z (Windows/Linux) when focus is not inside a text field. See How-tos → Undo and history.
Who can I contact for help?
Start with this Help hub and How-tos. For billing or plan changes, use Billing. For product bugs or feature requests, use whatever channel your deployment uses (e.g. issue tracker or team email)—PuMi has no in-app ticket queue by default.
